Muslims have been know to ask; “why are Westerners so intolerant of us? We seek peace with all peoples, for Islam is peace!” This is not only incorrect, but a bogus lie. Islam is not tolerant; it does not seek peace, nor is it peaceful. All one has to do is read the Quran or other Islamic documents, such as the Hadith, to discover that the Muslims who say these words are liars.
“Let not believers make friends with the infidels in preference to the faithful – he that does this has nothing to hope for from God – except in self defence. God admonishes you to fear him: for to God you shall all return.”-Quran 3:28
“Believers take neither Jews nor the Christians for your friends!”-Quran 5:51
As you can see from the verses above the Quran bars Muslims from making friends with infidels (non-believers/Kuffar). Frankly if Muslims consider this tolerance, they are mistaken. Not only are these verses promoting racism and are contradictory; they expose an on going pattern within the Quran. For example, the Quran shows a disfavor towards women.
“Women are your fields: go, then into your fields whence you please.”-Quran 2:223
“Women shall with justice have similar rights to those exercised against them, although men have a status above women. God is mighty and wise.”-Quran 2:228
“Men have authority over women because God has made the one more superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because God has guarded them. As for those women whom you fear disobedience, admonish them, forsake them in bed, and beat them. Then if they obey you take no farther action against them. Surely God is high, supreme.”-Quran 4:34
“Mothers shall suck their children for two whole years if the father wishes the sucking to be complete.”-Quran 2:233
Another example of disfavor and blatant discrimination is Islam’s attitude towards Jews.
“We will not remove a Jew from the punishment. They know the hell fire awaits them.”-Quran 2:96
“Sufficient for the Jew is the Flaming Fire!”-Quran 4:55
“Or it be among the Jews, men who will listen to any lie. They change the context of the words from their (right) times and places…. For them there is disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter a heavy punishment.”-Quran 5:41
“But you [Jews] went back on your word and were lost losers. So become apes, despised and hated. We made an example out of you.”-Quran 2:64
“The Jews are a nation of liars…. The Jews are a treacherous, lying, and evil people.”-Ishaq: 240
“Allah cursed them (Jews)for their unbelief. When a scripture comes to them from Allah confirming what they already have, they deny it. Allah’s curse is on them.”-Ishaq: 253
“Allah increases their sickness. A tormented doom awaits the Jews. Allah said, ‘They are mischief makers. They are fools. The Jews deny the truth and contradict what the Apostle has brought. I will mock them and let them continue to wander blindly.”-Ishaq: 248T
This pattern of medieval ideals continues with calls to war from a “merciful” God.
“Fight for the sake of God those that fight against you, but do not attack them first. God does not love transgressors. Idolatry is more grievous then bloodshed. But do not fight them within the precincts of the Holy Mosque unless they attack you there; if they attack you put them to the sword. Thus shall the unbelievers be rewarded: but if they mend their ways, know that God is forgiving and merciful. Fight against them until idolatry is no more and God’s religion rules supreme. But if they desist fight none except the evil doers.”-Quran 2:190-194
“Fighting is obligatory for you, much as you dislike it. But you may hate a thing although it is good for you, and love a thing although it is bad for you. God knows, but you know not.-Quran 2:216
“Believers have fear of God and surrender what is still due to you for charity, if your faith be true; or war shall be declared against you by God and His apostle. If you repent, you may retain your principle, suffering no loss and causing loss to none.”-Quran 2:279-280
In addition to the mentioned above, Muslims believe that all non-Muslims will (and deserve), to burn in hell fire forever. In my opinion this “collection of thoughts” does not deserve my respect. To quote a famous YouTube atheist CapnOAwesome (http://www.youtube.com/user/CapnOAwesome); “We are talking about an ideology which believes that I will burn in hell fire for all eternity! And this demands my respect? Fuck that!” Fuck that indeed! Islam is the only religion whose follower are willing to blow themselves up in a “glorious” Jihad (suicide bombing), if Islam is being disrespected. Islam is not only a racist, sexist and intolerant ideology; it supports terrorism, Jihad and downright atrocious violence.
“If you come upon them, deal so forcibly as to terrify those who would follow, that they may be warned. Make a severe example of them by terrorizing Allah’s enemies.”-Ishaq: 326
“Allah has purchased the believers, their lives and their goods. For them (in return) is the Garden (of Paradise). They fight in Allah’s Cause, and they slay and are slain; they kill and are killed.“-Quran 9:111
“The punishment for those who wage war against Allah and His Prophet and make mischief in the land, is to murder them, crucify them, or cut off a hand and foot on opposite sides...their doom is dreadful. They will not escape the fire, suffering constantly.”-Quran 5:33
“Your Lord inspired the angels with the message: ‘I will terrorize the unbelievers. Therefore smite them on their necks and every joint and incapacitate them. Strike off their heads and cut off each of their fingers and toes.”-Quran 8:12
“Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war.”-Quran 9:5
You might say: “Why should I care about Islam or its laws? It does not affect my life!” Perhaps at the present moment Muslims have not intruded in your life, but I assure you; Islam is no sitting duck. Muslims in Western countries are pressing their beliefs/principles in an attempt to integrate them into our legal systems. Recently Muslims have attempted to have polygamy recognized under federal immigration laws so they can legally sponsor their ‘wives.’ This is utterly ridiculous! Canadian law states that polygamy is illegal and Canadian citizens support this law. Canadian law should not be changed to accommodate Muslims beliefs; Muslim beliefs should change to accommodate Canadian law. The sad truth is that eventually Muslims will win the battle. Such is the case of “phone marriages” Muslims have successfully integrated into the Canadian federal system. Technically under Sharia law a man can marry a woman through the phone. I know I know… it is ridiculous. But unfortunately… it is reality. Why should you care about Islam or its laws? -Because Muslims will not stop at their personal right to practice their silly cult; they will press theirs rights until “God’s religion reigns supreme” (Quran 2:194).
